TSS Welcomes Thomas Lindén as New Chief Technology Officer

Thomas Lindén brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise. He holds a Master of Science degree in Systems, Control, and Robotics from the prestigious KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Recently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Solidsport, a SaaS sports streaming platform, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding the company's technical endeavours.

His previous role at Solidsport involved overseeing the engineering division, where he played a pivotal role in preparing the technology organization for a successful European expansion. This endeavour encompassed a strategic focus on technical solutions, talent acquisition, process enhancement, and establishing effective routines. Furthermore, Thomas Lindén has served as Interim CEO of Solidsport, highlighting his multifaceted leadership capabilities.

Prior to his tenure at Solidsport, Thomas spent over a decade in the defense industry, contributing extensively to the development of safety-critical and mission-critical systems at Saab. He held key positions, leading software projects and eventually ascending to the role of Section Manager for Electronic Warfare software platform to Gripen E/F at first, and later on the Combat System software platform to naval ships, including e.g. the Visby-class Corvette and A26. Furthermore, he spearheaded the introduction of a collaborative software supply chain in collaboration with Ericsson, a testament to his prowess in driving strategic partnerships.

Commenting on his new role, Thomas Lindén expressed enthusiasm about contributing to TSS's strategic tech agenda. He emphasized the importance of cohesive teamwork as a fundamental pillar of success and looks forward to his new endeavours at TSS.
