Within TSS, we are committed to living by our guidelines, principles, and applicable laws. We want to make it possible to promptly identify and act on signals of possible misconduct within the organization.

Our hope is that it should always feel natural to talk to us directly if you see things that should not be happening. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, it should also be possible to report issues. Therefore, we offer a whistleblower channel in partnership with Lantero.

The channel is primarily intended to capture serious legal violations or other misconduct where there is a public interest in the information being disclosed. All reports will be processed, but if they are deemed to fall outside the scope of the system's purpose, they will not be handled according to the system's procedures.

To make a report, you can visit an external website and fill out a form with relevant information. Cases will be investigated by a specially designated trust group, with the support of external expertise if necessary. Feedback will be provided to the leadership team within TSS with suggestions for action or further handling.
