New technologies for temperature monitoring

The life science industry is always looking for ways to improve reliability and efficiency across the supply chain, and there are undoubtedly significant gains possible from optimized temperature control processes.

The current industry standard of monitoring temperature, using passive USB loggers, consists of several manual steps and some significant drawbacks.  The consequences are unwanted temperature excursions, data gaps, and unnecessary delays in capturing the data. It is also time-consuming, potentially costly if outsourced, and may cause frustration at the warehouse and receiving sites. ​
